Introduction
Lutein (CAS No. 127-40-2, Chemical formula: C40H56O2, as one Xanthophyll) is a kind of carotenoid, The Marigold flower (Tagetes erecta L) is the best natural source of Lutein. All the specifications are from the marigold oleoresin which is obtained Marigold flower after Fermentation, subcritical water extraction and concentration.
Application
1) A strong antioxidant and protect eyesight

2) A natural pigment as feed additive
