Peanut skin (testa) extract is extracted from peanut seed coat; the main components are polyphenols and proanthocyanidins, with good color ability.
The highest content of proanthocyanidins in peant skin (testa) extract can reach more than 140% (by UV), more than higher than other plants’. The peanut skin (testa) extract has a very good water solubility and stability. Furthermore it contains no sugar; it is not only good to ordinary consumers, but also for high blood sugar, diabetes and other special consumer groups.

Function & Application
